Shipping & Warranty Information

 

Due to shipping area and dimensions of the products prices may vary.

The shipping procedures are as follows:

• Once you have made your selection. You will then fill out the "contact us" page letting us know your shipping information (i.e. address, telephone # and ZIP CODE).
• We will check with one of our Shipping Carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to see which carrier has the best shipping cost for our customer using ground services. Which is normally 3-5 business days.
• Freeman's This and That Furniture does not charge any additional fee on top of the shipping charges
  that our Carriers charge to ship to you.
• We will notify you via email or phone with the approxiamate rate qoute to ship to your location.
• You will notify us via email letting us know which carrier you have selected.
• When the merchandise is ready to ship, a sales representative will notify you that an invoice is being sent via email of the shipping charges in Paypal. The order will not be shipped until the invoice is paid and confirmed.

All items are considered special order and are not cancelable after 10 days after receipt of your payment. In the event that you choose to cancel your order within 10 days, a full refund will be made back to your method of payment.

We only require you to follow a few procedures that are required in the claims process.

• The insured amount that we state with the carrier is for the cost of the product and shipping charges.

You will be responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill to ensure your right to claim reimbursements. Failure to do this will void all insurance! If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make notations on the freight bill.

 

Please notify Freeman's This and That Furniture immediately during the time of delivery in the event that there is damage.
